About Scrub Club

Scrub Club is a residential cleaning service operating in Minnesota, providing deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, and specialized cleaning services to homeowners within a 60-mile radius of Elk River, Minnesota.

Services Description

Cleaning Services

We provide residential cleaning services including:

• Deep cleaning (50+ point checklist)
• Weekly and bi-weekly regular service
• One-time and special occasion cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Add-on services (inside appliances, windows, etc.)

Service Area

We serve areas within 60 miles of Elk River, Minnesota. Specific availability may vary based on location and scheduling demands.

Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests

• All service requests are subject to availability
• Booking confirmation will be provided via phone, email, or text
• We recommend booking 48 hours in advance for optimal scheduling
• Rush service (less than 48 hours) may incur additional fees

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Customer Cancellations: 24-hour advance notice required to avoid cancellation fees
• Rescheduling: Available with 24-hour notice subject to availability
• Weather Cancellations: Services may be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions
• Emergency Cancellations: We will make every effort to accommodate emergency rescheduling

Pricing and Payment

Service Pricing

• Deep cleaning: 20¢ per square foot
• Regular service: 10¢ per square foot
• Add-on services: As quoted individually
• Rush service: Additional $50 fee
• Holiday premium: Additional $75 during peak holiday weeks

Payment Terms

• Payment due upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, Venmo
• Invoices for regular customers available upon request
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice to existing customers.

Customer Responsibilities

Property Access

• Provide safe and legal access to property
• Secure valuable or fragile items before service
• Inform us of any health, safety, or access concerns
• Ensure pets are secured during cleaning

Property Condition

• Notify us of any unusual cleaning challenges or hazardous conditions
• Clear surfaces of personal items where possible
• Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning

Service Standards and Satisfaction Guarantee

Quality Commitment

• We follow our systematic 50+ point cleaning checklist
• All work performed by trained, insured professionals
• We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will return within 24 hours to address concerns at no additional charge
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or belongings
• Damage to items not properly secured by customer
• Items of exceptional value not disclosed to us in advance
• Cleaning results affected by customer’s pets, children, or activities after service
• Access issues preventing completion of services

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Insurance and Bonding

Scrub Club carries:

• General liability insurance
• Bonding coverage ($50,000)
• Workers’ compensation insurance (if applicable)

Insurance certificates available upon request.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Scrub Club and protected by copyright laws.

Customer Testimonials
