How much does house cleaning cost?
Our transparent pricing is based on your home’s square footage:
First Deep Clean: 20¢ per square foot
Regular Service: 10¢ per square foot (save 50%!)
One-Time Cleaning: 20¢ per square foot
Add-on Services: Starting at $15-45 per service

What's included in your 50+ point checklist?
Every cleaning includes our complete systematic checklist covering:
- Kitchen: All appliance exteriors, inside microwave, backsplash, baseboards, light switches, countertops, sink, and floors
- Bathrooms: Tub/shower scrubbing, complete toilet cleaning, vanity, mirror, baseboards, floors
- All Rooms: Ceiling fans, outlets, switches, doors, furniture dusting, baseboards, vacuuming
- Detail Work: Areas most services skip like outlet covers, door frames, trash can sanitizing
Do you offer one-time cleaning or only regular service?
We offer both! One-time cleanings get our full deep clean treatment at 20¢ per square foot. Regular service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) saves you 50% at only 10¢ per sq ft. Many customers start with a deep clean and then switch to regular service for the savings.
What add-on services do you offer?
Popular add-ons include:
- Inside oven cleaning ($35)
- Inside refrigerator cleaning ($30)
- Interior cabinet/drawer cleaning ($5 per cabinet)
- Window cleaning ($5 per window)
- Bed changing ($15 per bed)
- Laundry washing and folding ($25 per load)
All add-ons can be added to any service with transparent pricing.
What's the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Deep cleaning is our most comprehensive service – perfect for first-time customers, seasonal cleaning, or homes that need everything reset to pristine condition. Regular cleaning maintains that deep-clean standard but focuses on the areas that need attention most frequently. Both follow our 50+ point checklist.
Scheduling & Logistics
How far in advance do I need to book?
We prefer 48-hour notice for optimal scheduling, but we often accommodate same-day or next-day requests. For special events or holiday cleaning, booking 1-2 weeks ahead ensures your preferred time slot.
How long does a cleaning take?
Timing depends on your home’s size and condition:
- Deep Clean: 3-5 hours for most homes
- Regular Maintenance: 2-3 hours for most homes
- One-Time Clean: 3-4 hours for most homes
We never rush. Your home gets the time it needs to be properly clean.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not required! Many customers prefer to run errands while we clean. We just need:
- Access to your home
- Your contact information
- Any specific instructions or areas of concern
- Pets secured if needed
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Do you clean during bad weather?
Yes! We work rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe for travel. Minnesota weather doesn’t stop us from keeping your home spotless.
What are your service hours?
We offer flexible scheduling:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Available for special requests
- Evening appointments: Available upon request
What To Expect
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Absolutely! We bring everything needed:
- Professional-grade cleaning products
- All equipment (vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths)
- Specialized tools for detailed cleaning
- Eco-friendly options available upon request
You don’t need to buy or store anything. We come fully equipped.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Can I request specific cleaning products be used?
Of course! If you have preferred products or sensitivities, just let us know. We’re happy to use your products or adjust our product selection to meet your family’s needs.
Do you do dishes or laundry?
Light dish cleaning (clearing sink, wiping counters) is included in every service. Full dish washing and laundry are available as add-on services with transparent pricing.
Do you move furniture to clean underneath?
Inside microwave cleaning is included in every service. Inside oven and refrigerator cleaning are popular add-ons ($30-35 each). We discuss what works best for your home during your first visit.
