How far in advance do I need to book special occasion cleaning?
For most events, 48 hours notice is sufficient. However, during busy times like Thanksgiving week or Christmas week, booking 2-3 weeks in advance ensures you get your preferred date. For true emergencies, call me directly – we’ll do my best to accommodate same-day requests when possible.
Can you clean the same day as my event?
What if my event gets cancelled or postponed?
Do you bring all supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring everything needed including all cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
Do you focus more on certain areas for events?
While we clean your entire home thoroughly, we do pay special attention to guest areas during events. Entryways make first impressions, guest bathrooms get extra attention, and entertaining spaces get priority focus. But your whole home gets the complete treatment because you deserve to feel confident about every area.
